A label should
tell you something.
Our evidence review describes a bounded finding. Read the scope, sources, dates and limitations before relying on it for a project decision.
Business identity checked
The exact legal entity is matched to an official source. An alias, subsidiary or new owner does not inherit another business’s finding.
License checked — jurisdiction
A reviewer checks the issuer, licensed entity or person, class, scope, restrictions and term. The finding applies only to its stated jurisdiction.
Project role confirmed — phase
The business identifies a completed role and period. A separate counterparty attests to it, and an independent reviewer checks evidence and that person’s authority.
Company-reported availability
A dated business declaration. It is separate from independently checked credentials and does not guarantee capacity.
Insurance, bonds and external certification
These checks are planned. An insurance certificate is not a project coverage decision; a capacity letter is not a project bond. AI Supply Exchange does not issue technical certifications.
Membership stays separate.
A subscription buys services and access. It cannot create a positive finding, and cancellation does not erase an otherwise valid finding. Corrections and appeals do not require payment.
How a finding becomes public
- The business submits an exact claim with evidence and chooses what may be published.
- For project roles, the designated counterparty responds from a separate business account and consents to publication.
- A qualified reviewer without a conflict checks independent sources, records the method and limitations, and makes a decision. Documents supplied by a business are not independent confirmation.
- A positive public finding names its criteria, reviewer reference, scope, evidence date and review-due date. Direct contracting requires explicit evidence; appearing on one project is not enough.
Freshness, corrections and appeals
Unknown and pending mean evidence is not yet established. Expired findings retain their historical context but leave the current-only view. A dispute suspends the checked label while a different reviewer investigates; it does not establish wrongdoing. Revocation needs an evidence decision. Withdrawing publication removes the public display and preserves the private record.
Checks must be recent when a decision is made, and review is due within a year or earlier when evidence or authority expires. No automatic renewal is implied. Project dates describe historical work, not present availability.
